Travertine Market customers have the option of having their order delivered or to pick up directly from our Anaheim, California Warehouse.
Some items in our web site are available to be picked up in our local warehouse. If you are interested in picking up your order you should choose the pick up option on your estimate or shopping cart and your pick up will be accommodated within 2 to 7 business days from the date of your purchase. Customers will be notified via email/ phone call once order is ready for pick up.

Delivery of instant order items is mainly shipped using FedEx Ground Insured. Instant order items are products sold on site on a quantity basis and they consist of items that are available to ship right away. Those items are compact enough to be shipped using a regular carrier like FedEx rather than a Freight Carrier. These items can be easily identified on the site as those we have a direct add to cart button in addition to the add to estimate button. By clicking on the add to card button a shipping calculator will automatically estimate the shipping costs based on your zip code and shipping preferences. An example of the items that posses this feature are the mosaic and molding product lines.
Delivery of estimated product orders are mainly shipped using an insured third party freight company. Estimated products consists of items sold on square footage basis and those are added to the estimate and cannot be added directly to card. This option is available for buyers who are purchasing material on a pallet basis and may include one to multiple materials. Once a project quote (estimate) is submitted to Travertine Market Web site, our team will calculate the freight charges based on your material selection, weight and shipping preferences.
Once shipping costs are estimated and the material availability is checked a shipping quote will be submitted to you for your approval. Once estimate and shipping quote is approved and payment is received your order will then be shipped on schedule.

*A Lift gate is a platform at the back of certainb trucks that can raise and lower a shipment using hydrolic system.
The delivery lead-time of your order is as quoted and is estimated on standard transit time to your location. Once a delivery appointment is booked the carrier will call you to arrange delivery at your convenience.
